Grinds all kinds your cereals and grains. Mixes all of them in 1 and do your own customized receipt (TMR) for your animals. With its synchronized working units you can get homogenous mixed feeds for your farm. You can even fill into bags for stocking.
Raw materials which need to be grind are put into the grain bunker. The materials put into the bunker reach vertical grinder mill via a door. There is a magnet in this door. Products ground homogenously in the mill are transferred to the mixer via an auger. Thanks to the special design of the door, flow of the material is regular.
The mixer is mixing all the materials homogenously via an auger located inside the mixer. Mixing and transferring of the materials out of the mill are realized via a single motor. Movement out of the motor is transferred to conveyor and mixer via belt and pulley system. Materials which has no need to be grind can be put inside directly through the cover located on the lower bunker of the grinder. Materials can be taken as much as needed through specially designed open – close lever. Since the transfer is made via auger, machine is dust free.
This unit is used to weight the raw material of various properties and weights which will be involved in the ration in needed weights and transfer them into system. Weighing process is done through the digital weighing board which control the loadcell pressed by four different points. Prepared ration are loaded into the grinder via a feeding auger.
